Old Business
- Open Board Position: There is still one open Board Position to be filled. We will continue to accept nominations until the evening before the next town meeting in April.
- Open Chair Positions: We have multiple openings which are listed on the website under Volunteering along with the descriptions of what each position does. Interested people should reach out to the co-facilitator.
New Business
- Open Board Position Vote: The vote for Tasha for the Board passed.
- Upcoming Meeting Dates (April/May/June): April 16, May 21, June 11
- Membership: February renewals: 15. Current Membership Numbers: Lifetime Members: 18, Members: 30 Total Members: 48
- Munch/Event: https://fetlife.com/events/1266541 Twin Pines Diner in East Haven CT on the 25th of March 5-8pm. There will be a cash raffle for some items to raise funds. The board brought to the members a question regarding what covid precautions should the organization have for the upcoming event. Initially no members had any input on what they thought should be the take precautions. After some thoughts were shared by Board members the present members though recommending attendees wear masks would be reasonable.
