  1. Treasurer Report
    1.   November 1 bank balance: $ 11.293.39
    2.  November income: $ 3840.82
    3.  November Expenses  $   6903.69  
    4. November Credit Card Balance: $7882.28
    5. November 30th/ December 1st bank amount:  8230.52
    6. December 13th balance:  $ 
    7. Gofundme:  $  23,601 + 2,313= 25,914   total raised (included in current bank balance)
    8. Interest in November: $ 137.69
    9. Interest Rate: usually 11.99% but Treasurer is going to look at improving that
    10. Taxes should be paid off.

  2. Will be talking to the landlord about a lease.   I suspect we are not the only ones in the same boat about owing rent.  
  3. There was some discussion about our current debt and whether or not we can get a lower interest rate on credit cards.  Treasurer is looking into it.
  4. Old Business 
    1.  Online 101 – Discussion and vote
      1.  Facilitator:  Board had a discussion about what defines a new member and the difference between our bylaws and policy.  in the past if a past member kept themselves in good standing and did not get thrown out or banned they have already gone through the vetting process and so they only have to take the 101 again to get up to date on everything, but not the 3 visits.  So where our bylaws do not specifically state that a member who leaves in good standing doesnt lose any of that standing, our policy does spell out that they only need to take our the 101.  This came up in conjunction with whether or not we should allow the 101 online.  
      2. Currently putting the online 101 on hold while the board digs deeper to tighten up what is currently there.  
  5. New Business
    1. Renting out the Space
      1. There was discussion about renting out the space to private parties however there is a staffing issues.  Because our volunteers are not comfortable being at the space right now during the pandemic the answer has to be no for now.    We will look at that in the future as a phase in to re-opening.  
    2. Discord Board/Town Meeting schedule 
      1.   While we are closed and for the foreseeable future meetings will be held on the Sunday following the Second Saturday of the month
    3. Committee Reports/Matters
      1. No reports were given but all the chairs are doing a lot of running right now to get the online transition done. There was a reminder that the  first online education class will be 12/26.  free to members, nominal fee to non-members.  Also, the education committee has a thread in discord and is looking for ideas and offers to help. Please help us outreach to our community.
        1. Class on 12/26:  Lady Rissa and Electricity demo, $10 for non-members.  No charge for members.  
    4. Fundraiser and Raffle Update
      1. amount raised so far $   23,601 + 2,313= 25,914   total raised (included in current bank balance)
  1. Query of members wishing to have items added to the next month’s agenda.
    1. Ombudsman – in regards to attending upcoming online events
      1. Do i have to do more than just say that i am going to the demo?
      2. Sir Guerret:  you will need to buy a ticket but there is no fee for the members.  but you still need to have a ticket and then you will get the invite.  we will tighten up those description on fet.
      3. Pandora: is there a limit on the number of people – in regards to online events.
      4. Facilitator:  Yes, 100,  Pro membership would be $200 times 10 memberships which would be $2000 for unlimited.
