Board needs clarity on what members want Virt Memberships to look like

Treasurer is still working to get the financials cleared up to then be able to submit them to taxes
Storage Cleaning Day
Treasurer and CoFac did some review and removed some trash like rugs that had become mouse nests
Treasurer and Facilitator are not available until after July 4th
Why haven't by-laws been updated
Updates have been done by not published yet
Process was delayed when Ombudsmen stepped down
Concerns expressed that current board hasn't done enough to move the society forward
New Business
Hiring outside services for taxes/financials
We may need to hire outside accountant or lawyer at cost to help us get financials in order
Treasurer state account isn't need to do books, but rather to review end of year documents and tax filings
End of year is June
Website revamp
