- Upcoming Meeting Dates (Feb/Mar/April): February 19, 2023, March 12, 2023, April 16, 2023 (Tentative, to be finalized at February’s Board Meeting)
- Storage Unit: Storage unit is our biggest cost. The Ombudsman brought up wanting to get moving forward on downsizing and cleaning out the Storage Unit. Items to be removed include any furniture and items that are easily replaced or not necessary for a future space. This would not including any Play Equipment. Facilitator and Treasurer are going to work on going to the storage unit on a regular basis to evaluate and purge items as well as document items and note items that we should sell.
- Events/Education rental: Ombudsman spoke with someone in the building where we had a space on Board St. They might have available Nights (Friday and Saturday) in which we could rent a room to host classes. He also spoke with New England Dungeon Society (NEDS) about how they are going about running classes at this time. They are currently renting a space and have had roughly 15 people per class. Unfortunately this does not bring in income for them as they often don’t break even. The Ombudsman would like to see us hosting classes followed by a social time instead of just having a class and then leaving.
