Old Business
- Open Ombudsman Position: Bartleby and Dolores Umbridge are the nominees for Ombudsman Voting for 2 weeks starting tomorrow running till 11/20
- Open Board Position: Nominations are open and require a member in good standing for 1 year, not specific to a certain position. Discussion about prior precedence for seating candidates when there was only one Candidate. This appears to have changed with a previous board. Nominations for open positions being accepted until December 10, 2022 at 11:59pm.
- Membership Pricing: Discussed $25 membership charge.
- By-laws: By-laws are up and visible to everyone, By-laws cannot be voted on until after we seat an Ombudsman.
New Business
- Upcoming Meeting: Dates Dec 11, 2022 and Jan 8, 2023. No known holidays or other conflicts.
- Open Chair Positions: Discord, Events, Education, Web Admin, Public Relations/Marketing, and Outreach.
- Membership expiration temporary suspension: Discussion at the town meeting to discuss members thoughts about the suspension of memberships and applying this to memberships that expired since July 1, 2022.
