Ombudsman’s Concerns – 

Feb 11th, Hermit messaged Facilitator and was in lobby, Steve read the DM from him.
    Was banned and never joined.

Treasurer’s report
    Report read by Member at Large
   Spoke to vote of no confidence and Blue stepping down. Member at large fulfilling the role until new board member voted in
        No questions


Old Business 
Virtual Memberships
    Status of board discussion
    Member asking "Is there going to be any input from membership, or is it just going to be voted on after the Board decides?"
        Answered as board will make a plan and submit to membership for vote
    Member "I think it would be a good idea to wait until there is an Ombudsman to represent the membership for that if the Board is going to decide."
    Vote on membership plan will be in April after new Ombudsman is elected in March
Taxes/Quickbooks
    Determined Treasurer didn't file taxes, didn't update Quickbooks properly
    May need professional assistance to address quick book issue
    Previous Book Keeper will be contacted to review
