      2. need to set up a time to meet between current board and new board to elect positions
      3. Temp Wed. night 7/14 at 8pm (Exec. session)
      4. Need to work on refilling chairs
      5. May potentially have conflicting chair/board positions
      6. Will have to set a priority agenda for what the newly seated board wants to focus on during their term.  We are in a very critical time.  There is a lot of decisions to be made.  We could be looking at a new physical space, or continuing to move in a wholly virtual space.
